Smoothie For Your Skin



The ingredients you need:
  • 3/4 c blueberries
  • 3/4 c pitted cherries
  • 5   strawberries
  • 1/4 avocado, peeled and pitted
  • 2 tsp wheat germ (optional)
  • 2 tsp ground flaxseed
  • Water, to thin

Put everything into your Vitamix Blender, turn it on for a couple of seconds and your skin revitalising smoothie is ready!

Nut Cheese


Ingredients:
2 cups cashew
1 tbs finely chopped fresh parsley leaves (you can use your own version)
3 tbs freshly squeezed lemon juice
sea salt
1,5 cup water
Blend everything together into a thick cream
